Please note the following exceptions:
- Only one refund is allowed per product. If a product is purchased again after it was previously refunded, the new purchase is not eligible for a refund.
- There are no refunds on services. This includes, but is not limited to: custom work of any kind, consulting, coaching and mentoring. However, some product purchases include limited live training or coaching. Those products are still eligible for our 100% money back guarantee.
- Monthly membership programs are billed on a 30 day cycle, and can be refunded in full anytime within 30 days of initial purchase or as otherwise stated in promotional materials you have received. If your membership started with a trial period shorter than 30 days, you may request a refund anytime during the trial period. After the 30 day refund period or after trial period is complete, your next subscription charge will be non-refundable. All future charges will occur every 30 days thereafter and are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
- Payment plans may be provided as a convenience to our customers for some of our premium products and services. Only the first payment is eligible for our 30 day refund policy. If any future payments are missed, the balance is due in full immediately.
We are not liable to pay for any difference in currency exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded. We are also not liable for any financing interest you may incur by using your credit card to purchase a product or service.
We do our best to have physical products shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. If we are not able to ship the order in a timely manner, we will notify you when it will be shipped or if it is back-ordered.
If an affiliate or promotional partner is not able to ship the order in a timely manner, they will contact you directly to notify you when it will be shipped or if it is back-ordered.
Shipping & handling costs are charged over and above product costs.
If a purchased physical product is defective, and it is manufactured and sold by us, we will either replace your product or refund your purchase according to the terms listed in the Guarantee section above.
Product must be returned in the original packaging in saleable condition to the return address listed on the product packaging. You must pay for return shipping, and you are responsible to pay for insurance in case the package is lost.
Where possible, all refunds will be made using the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
