Dr. Bruce M Firestone is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker with CENTURY 21 Explorer Realty Inc., focuses on commercial and residential real estate in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.

Dr. Firestone advises and coaches clients on the acquisition and sale of commercial, residential and institutional property as well as financing, adding differentiated value, smart marketing, business development, urban design and real estate development.

He has extensive experience in developing land projects both large and small, such as the Ottawa Palladium (now known as Canadian Tire Centre), Briarbrook, Robertson Mews, Dunrobin Lake, Trails of Dunrobin and many others.

Bruce M Firestone is perhaps best known as Founder of the NHL’s Ottawa Senators hockey team, as well as Canadian Tire Centre, a world-class entertainment venue and stadium in Ottawa, Canada.

For 9 years, Dr. Firestone was Executive Director of, a Canadian Registered Not-For-Profit Corporation focused on educating and mentoring entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in Canada and around the world.

In May 2006, he joined the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management as its first Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Dr. Firestone is a well respected professor as well as a renowned speaker, providing keynotes for organizations with a positive focus on creating opportunity for their stakeholder groups.
